A selection of engagements across financial analysis, forecasting, and investment strategy — delivered for growth-stage and enterprise clients.
Built a driver-based 3-year forecast model with five scenarios tied to sales velocity, churn, and expansion revenue. Integrated live Salesforce data into an executive dashboard, reducing monthly close from 5 days to 1.
Redesigned the management reporting suite for a 120-location retail operator. Defined 18 core KPIs, built Power BI dashboards, and trained the finance team on variance analysis protocols.
Developed a scoring model across 14 holdings using MOIC, IRR, and strategic fit metrics. Supported the GP in reallocating $120M toward three high-conviction positions.
Led due diligence on a $35M acquisition in the logistics sector. Identified $2.3M in EBITDA adjustments and flagged three working capital risks that shaped final deal terms.
Replaced a static annual budget with a 12-month rolling forecast. Built the driver model, designed the cadence, and ran the first three cycles alongside the internal FP&A team.
